It has been a while since I have posted here. I’m sorry but I got a bit engaged with other stuff. Hopefully will be regular from now on. I hope all of you are in the pink of your health. Lack of appetite or not feeling hungry at all is one of the most common worries we face. I have already shared a few remedies to boost your appetite with natural ingredients at home. But today, I am going to talk about that one way to increase your appetite naturally by which you can gain weight to your desired level.
How to Get Back the Natural Appetite You’ve Lost ?
One thing about being on a healthy weight Level is to eat on a strict schedule. And it is the same thing that forms the base of this post. All you’ve to do is start eating more portion of food day by day and your body will eventually get used to this. The main point to be noted here is that you should follow a strict time schedule. Inorder to get the most out of this move, you should be having all the meals of your day during the stipulated time for the rest of your life.
The best way to stimulate your appetite is to have a good schedule for your diet.
Eg: if you’re eating your breakfast 9 AM, you should be having it at that time itself from then on. The idea here is to help develop a habit for your body.
