Gaia Muesli Review
Today, I am going to review a new product that I across when I went the last time to my nearest supermarket. I took my Kellogg’s fruit and nut muesli pack, and that was when I noticed this new brand Gaia Muesli name and the huge packaging. When I checked the price, it was easy on my pocket. So I picked it up and decided to give it a try. Let us see how it fared.
Price: Rs. 210 for 400 grams.
Frankly speaking, my first impression was that ‘oh, it is a huge package for its price and the ingredients look so attractive’. As I said earlier, this thought was the reason I picked it up. I have only tried Kellog’s Fruit and Nut muesli before and hence I can only compare this product with it. This muesli contains a variety of ingredients, unlike the Kellogg’s one I tried before. This one has both nuts and dried fruits apart from the cornflakes and oats. Tastewise, I liked everything except the dried fruits 🙁 I wish it had more almonds instead of them. It is my personal taste preference though, I don’t usually like dried fruits as well. So can’t blame it as such. I didn’t feel like it is sweet, unlike the Kelloggs fruit and nut variety(which you can have just on its own).
I prepare my simple everyday muesli this way,
Get my cup of milk boiled with enough sugar, allow it to cool down. Add the muesli and let it soak for 3-5 minutes. And then I have it.
Before, I used to eat it immediately after I put it in the milk. But this way, it tastes a lot better. The taste of muesli gets into the milk and once you finish your muesli, the rest of the milk tastes so yummy!! You have to try it this way if you haven’t done before.
Rating: 4.5/5 ( .5 Cut down for the dried fruits part)
I highly recommend this Gaia Muesli to you, my readers.
