This recipe of making Creamy Mashed Potatoe is specifically customised by me for weight gain. So do give it a try and let me know how it worked for you. Just like the peanut butter, you can have a few tablespoons of mashed potatoes daily to get some extra calories per day. Best Creamy Mashed Potatoe Recipe
1. Potatoes -2 or 3 large
2. Salt – to taste
3. Water- to cook the potatoes
4. Pepper- to taste
5. Fresh cream -2 to 3 tablespoons
6. Butter – 1 tablespoon

Step 1: Peel the skin of the potatoes and roughly cube them into medium sized portions(this helps to get it cooked fast). Boil the water and add the potatoes along with some salt to it. Cook it until the potatoes turn super soft.
Step 2: Drain the excess water from the potatoes and allow it to cool completely.
Step 3: Move the potatoes to a bowl, and add salt and pepper(you can add some lime if you prefer), and use fresh cream to make a smooth mixture. Add the fresh cream, teaspoon by teaspoon so that you don’t end up getting a runny mixture at the end.
Step 4: Taste it and adjust the spices accordingly. Add a tablespoon of room temperature butter and mix well. Have it as such or as a dip to your chips or serve along with meat!
