Easy and yummy Weight Gain Dessert Recipe
Today we are going to make a yummy dish to relief your sweet tooth. It is an easy milk dessert recipe. I don’t know what to name it because it’s my own invention. Anyways, I guess I can safely call it a ‘cheesecake in a cup’. You can prepare it easily without any cooking or baking involved. all you have to do is simply mix the ingredients and freeze it for some time. Let us see how it is made.
Milk cream – I used tinned one from Nestle.
Condensed milk- 1/2 cup
Biscuits- I used 6 -7 nut cookies
Sugar – extra few teaspoons (optional)
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Step 1: Take a bowl, add the fresh cream, condensed milk and vanilla essence into it. Beat it with a whisk very well, until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
Step 2: Take some biscuits in a zipping bag, close it and beat it with a rolling pin or something heavy to pound the biscuits to make a crumbly powder out of it. You can even use a mixer grinder, but make sure not to powder it so much.
Step 3: Take this biscuit powder and with some butter, make a combined mixture.
Step 4: Take a serving bowl, or a glass add some butter and biscuits mixture, then add some cream mixture, biscuits mixture and cream. Repeat until the top layer is biscuits.
Step 5: Now, freeze it for an hour and have this delicious preparation!
This is a mini cheesecake Version. If you want, instead of fresh cream – you can use paneer blended into a mixture.
