Simple Cheese Omelette Recipe
I’m going to share a very easy cheese Omelette Recipe today. It is so quick to prepare and you’ll love it if you love cheese just like me. You can accompany it with any sauce of your choice to spice it up little more. I used a normal tomato ketchup.
- Eggs – 3
- Salt – as required
- Pepper – as required
- Cheese of your choice – I used cheddar 3 tbsp chopped.
- Onion finely chopped – 3 tbsps
- Green chillies – as required
- Butter/oil – 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
First of all, break open the eggs to a bowl. Add the finely chopped onions, chillies, salt, pepper and half of the cheese into it. And mix well.
Note that the cheese already have some salt in it, so don’t add any more if you’re not into too much salt.
Keep a frying pan on the stove and add some oil or butter into it. Add the egg mixture and when the top side gets cooked half way, add the chopped cheese on top of it, and keep the lid. Cook on low flame until the cheese is all melted.
Fold it in half and serve hot with your favourite sauce.
That’s it. Your dish is ready.
