Storable Healthy Snack Recipe for Weight Gain!


Hello everyone,

Today I’m going to share an easy recipe for a storable healthy snack for weight gain which involves no cooking! The main ingredient of this recipe is roasted dal which will be available in all Indian stores. This recipe is of ‘maaladoo’, a Ladoo recipe which is very much familiar to Indians. So without any further delay, key ur get into the recipe.

Roasted Gram – 1 cup
Sugar- 1 cup
Cardamom- 1/4 Tsp
Ghee- 4 to 5 tbsp

Preparation Method:
Step 1: Take one cup of roasted dal or roasted gram into a nice Grinder jar, add a cup of sugar as well into it and power into a very fine texture.
Step 2: Move this fine powder into a deep bowl.
Step 3: Add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder into it and mix it really well.
Step 4: Finally, add the ghee little by little into this mixture and see if you can form a ball pit of the mixture. You might have to apply a little bit of pressure while making the balls out of it. That’s it.

Store in an airtight container. It stays fresh for almost a week. But it will probably get over even before that.
