Ginger Tea To Help You Boost Your Appetite Naturally!

Hello everyone,
Today let us see how to prepare ginger tea for appetite. I have been having more issues of late regarding my appetite and this recipe, though it works, I have been lazy to prepare it every now and then. Hence I searched for an easy recipe and this was surely a win.

Ingredients
Ginger – 1-inch piece
Honey- 1 tbsp
Water – 1 1/2 cups

Preparation Method

Step 1: Boil a cup of water in a saucepan.
Step 2: roughly slice the ginger and boil it for 3-4 minutes or reduce the water to one cup by heating continuously.
Step 3: Add honey to a serving cup and pour the ginger boiled water after sieving.

Step 3: Mix well and serve. You can add some lime juice to this tea if you wish to.

That’s it. Your ginger tea is ready to increase your appetite. Have it as the first thing in the morning and it is going to help I guess. I am starting this tea from today. Will update in a few days.
