Sindhu Satish Fitness Tips
Today, we have another lovely Blogger (+a lot more) to share her fitness regime with us! She is Sindhu Sathish, author of the blog fiftyshadesofsin.
Sindhu Satish, for the first time in my life I heard this name on the popular website called ‘Quora’. She was no less than a celebrity there. Her answers were on to the point and always made me wonder how can someone write an answer so beautifully. One would definitely enjoy her answers to the questions and slowly slowly I could see the number of her followers hitting a new milestone. I always stumbled upon this ‘Beauty with brains’. She is a life coach, has her own business, travels a lot, values relationships, is a social media influencer and most importantly a very down to earth person.
I got to know about this gem personality through her Quora Profile, and the wonderful answers kept me hooked for hours. After few days I started following her on Instagram and then stumbled upon her beautiful blog. You can read here how amazing she is.
I learned that she was obese some years before, and then she decided to start taking care of her body and manage her weight- and NOW, you can see her here!

1) What’s your height and weight?
–5’5 and 53 kg
2)Are you happy with your current weight? Do you wish any pounds to get extra or minus?
–I am very happy with my current weight. I’d like to build some muscle though.
3)Are you skeptical about your daily diet? And is there any foods do you purposefully avoid?
–I am cautious about my daily diet, but I do have a cheat meal every now and then. I avoid pizzas, fried food like blumenkohl or fries, and also alcohol as much as I can.
4) What do you eat in a typical day?
–On a typical day I start with cereal, eat vegetables (in the form of a roll) for lunch, a light pasta snack for my Meal 3, and vegetables (again in the form of a roll and some chicken) for dinner which I aim to finish by 7:30. I also have 2 cups of coffee, a cup of green tea, and 2 liters of water (I aim to). Sometimes I replace the pasta salad with some kiwi or pear or pineapple.
5) What are your most preferred snacks?
–My most preferred snack would be a pasta salad or some basa fish which is high on protein. To make it tasty I add some light mayo with both.
6) What is your favourite dessert?
–My favorite desserts would be a tiramisu, chocolate chip cookies, and caramel flan. The interesting thing about caramel flan is that one serving is only around 150 calories. It’s tasty and super healthy too! I can also cook a delicious Gajar ka halwa which I love eating, but only rarely!
7) Are there any supplements you take on a regular basis?
–I don’t use any supplement.
8) Do you have any advice/suggestions for managing proper weight?
–There are a few tips I have to maintain weight
– Try to eat every 3 hour
– Eat dinner by 7:30 at the latest
– Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper
-Workout every day or at least 5-6 days of the week (Even if it is a moderate workout for 30 min)
