Easy Homemade Weight Gain Drink ( No Protein Powder Needed)

Hey everyone,
A few years ago, a friend introduced me this weight gain remedy. When I shared my skinny woes with her she suggested me to try this remedy one of her relatives tried this one and got good results as well.

It was only today I remembered that I haven’t posted about this on my blog. How can I even miss this remedy! I seriously do not know why I left it out.

Anyways, better late than never.

The remedy is nothing else other than our dearest Badam milk or Almond milk! I know many of you know the recipe but I believe not all of you know that this works for gaining weight.

I have shared a lot of weight gain Smoothies and milkshake recipes on my blog. Indeed a milkshake is the best way to incorporate many calorie rich ingredients to a single serving cup. You won’t regret the decision of including a healthy milkshake prepared with the right ingredients for increasing your weight. If you are consistent with the milkshake and is including it as an extra serving in your daily diet, then results are always awaiting for you around the corner.

Procedure to Make this Easy Weight Gain Drink:-

Ingredients:
1. Almonds: 10
2. Milk: 1 glass
3. Sugar: To taste

Method:
Step 1: Soak the almonds overnight or if you forget to do that, don’t worry take some hot water and pour it on your almonds in a bowl. When it’s skin starts to loosen, and peel the skin off the almonds.

Step 2: Grind the almonds with around 5 tablespoons of milk. Grind it to a smooth paste so that it is easy for you to drink. If you don’t grind it well or decides to skip the soaking part, there will be tiny granules in your drink which can irritate your throat when you take them.

Step 3: Now, you have two options. Either hot or cold.

For a Hot Almond Drink,
Boil the milk, add the almond paste and sugar to taste. And it is ready to serve.

For a Cold Almond Drink,
To the ground paste, add cold milk and sugar to taste. Serve immediately.

Almonds are best for weight gain. 100 grams of almonds has 576 calories in it. You can have it as such munching it away. If not having it as such, blend it in your milkshake – slice it and top in on other dishes.

I am super glad that I am sharing this remedy today. Even on my hostel days, when I come to my home for a few days leave – I try this remedy and people ‘noticed’ a difference and remarked about it. No, it’s not because my food intake is hight when I am home or something. I am saying this because I have tried it ‘n’ number of times before and each time I got noticeable results.

Now, you don’t have to spend on Protein powders. Just get some almonds, honey!
