Weight Gaining Shake that should be included in your Weight Gain Diet!
Let us admit it. We’ve ask searched hard for a weight gaining shake recipes that help you to magically increase your weight. Isn’t it? I have done that too and hence I wanted to give you a post on asking those effective weight gain shake that you can take without having a bad feeling.
Milkshakes are an easy way to add on some extra calories into your regular diet. When used an addition to your existing diet, there’s no doubt that it will work for weight gain. I have made this post to help you all to find the easy milkshake recipes which you can prepare at home for weight gain.
For making your work a lot easier, simply put in the nuts and fruits in a container. This way, you can take it out from the fridge whenever you want to and make a quick milkshake.
I also wanted to share a few tips on how to get these drink benefit you without you having to struggle to take them. Hence sharing my personal tricks and hacks that worked for me too.
Super Tasty Weight Gain Milkshakes for Calorie Surplus!
It’s completely normal to feel bored and not feeling like having to drink them every day. Because, after all, who likes to eat and drink the same meals and drinks throughout. Hence feel free to mix and match the ingredients as per your taste preference and mood. Add some cocoa powder to your shakes because who can say no to the chocolate flavour?
1) Chocolate and Banana Shake:-
For the preparation of this milkshake, add 2 bananas, 1/2 cup of heavy cream or fresh cream, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, Sugar To taste, and some crushed ice. Blend it until smooth and fluffy.
2) Avocado milkshake
To make this delicious milkshake, add 1/2 of a medium sized Avocado into a blender, along with some chocolate flavored energy drink powder (Boost, Horlicks etc), Sugar, crushed ice and chilled milk. Blend it until rich and smooth.
3) The Nutty Mango MilkShake:
For this milkshake, you can choose among your favorite nut(s) from hazelnut, almonds, cashews etc. Take 1/2 cup of it and a large mango, frozen milk which is crushed, sugar to taste. Yummy as it sounds.
4) All Nuts & Seeds Milkshake:-
To prepare this all nuts and seeds milkshake, take two tablespoons of watermelon seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, cashews, (all other of your favorite nuts) and Peanut Butter along with a glass of chilled milk and heavy/fresh cream with a suitable amount of sugar to taste.
5) Jigarthanda inspired, Almond Gum Milkshake:-
This milkshake needs a special ingredient called almond gum. This can be easily purchased online so don’t worry if you don’t find it offline. It’s also called almond Pisin. Take a very small granule of it and soak it in a cup of water overnight. The next day, in a blender, add milk, condensed milk, heavy cream, and almond Pisin & blend it smooth. 6) Pista Kulfi Milkshake:-
To prepare this Pista Kulfi Milkshake, add 1/2 cup of Pista, chilled milk, sugar, (if you like peanut butter add that too), some whipping cream, crushed ice and blend it really smooth. Top with ice cream and Serve.
