Milkshakes to Help Gain Weight
I have done plenty of posts regarding the weight gain recipes, tips and hacks to gain weight. One easy way to get calories going to your body is to have everything as a smoothie. Consuming the fruits, nuts and ingredients will take some time on its own. If you’re a lazy person when it comes to eating or someone who is so busy with their lives smoothies can be really beneficial.
Today I’m going to discuss the banana Smoothies that can help you gain weight. I have already done a similar post before on various milkshakes for weight gain, and this one is related to smoothies. If you haven’t read that post yet, here is the link to it.
Banana Smoothies for Weight Gain:
1) Chocolate Banana Smoothie
To prepare this smoothie, add 2 frozen bananas, 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, sugar or another sweetener of your choice in Greek yogurt or hung yogurt. If you don’t know what is Greek yogurt and how to prepare hung curd at home, you should check this link of mine, where I have explained it in detail. Hung yogurt
2) Chocolate cake Banana smoothie
If you’ve leftover chocolate cake prepare some smoothies and enjoy! To make this smoothie, add some chunks of chocolate cake into a blender, a banana , Greek yogurt/ hung yogurt, sugar, 2 tbsp of chopped nuts. Blend it smoothly and Serve it to a tall glass along with some crushed cake + chopped nuts.
3) Peanut Butter – Banana Smoothie:-
If you’ve some peanut butter with you, prepare this one to get its benefits easily. I have shared my 5 minute recipe here. For this, you can add 1/2 cup of Peanut Butter, Greek yogurt or hung yogurt, sugar to taste and two frozen bananas.
4) Caramel & Banana smoothie:
To prepare this smoothie, add 1/4 cup of caramel sauce, 2 frozen bananas, sugar or sweetener, 1/2 tablespoon of cocoa powder, Greek yogurt/ hung yogurt and blend it until smooth. Add some chocolate chips on top and Serve.
5) Almond Gum Banana Smoothie:
Almond gum is also called badam Pisin in Hindi. You can easily find it online. You need only a very small amount for each use. Take a small piece out of it and Soak it in a cup of water overnight. The next day, you’ll find that it is all soaked up nicely like a clear gel. Take 2 tablespoons of this, add to a blender. Add a frozen banana, sugar, condensed milk, fresh cream and some Greek yogurt or hung yogurt. Blend until it comes out fluffy.
6) Banana in Coconut and Chia Seeds Smoothie.
Take some coconut milk and keep it handy. Take 1/8 cup of it and add some chia seeds. Allow it to soak. To a blender, add the banana, coconut milk, 2 tbsp of desiccated coconut, whipped cream + Greek yogurt and sugar/condensed milk. Serve with the soaked chia seeds on top.
7) Banana went NUTS smoothie
Add 1/3 cups of each of your favorite nuts, condensed milk, fresh cream, Greek yogurt and Banana into a blender.
I have given rough measurements to the ingredients because I am more like someone who adds it directly to the blender without taking any measurement. But don’t get disappointed! As I said in my ‘how to make tasty food’ post, the dish won’t disappoint you if you continue to do a ‘taste check’ throughout its preparation. The same thing goes here and I am sure you won’t be disappointed with these shakes to gain weight.
