Hello everyone,

This garlic mayonnaise is a yummy side dish that you can prepare in just a few minutes. This is a very simple recipe and it is a foolproof recipe too. So all you have to do is get the ingredients ready and turn on your mixie!

Mayonnaise is mostly fat, with homemade versions containing up to 85% fat, and commercially produced mayonnaise having about 70% to 80% fat. Though this is the case, most of the fat in this condiment is unsaturated, the so-called good fat, because the edible oils used to come from plant sources. Credits: Superhumancoach

Ingredients of Garlic Aioli Recipe With Mayonnaise

Egg whites -2
Garlic- 3 Big Cloves
Pepper- 1/4 Tsp
Sugar- 2 pinch
Lemon juice – 1/2 to 1 Tsp
Oil-1/2 cup ( Do not use olive oil or coconut oil for its strong flavor can affect the overall taste in a bad way. I used sunflower oil)

Preparation of Garlic Aioli Recipe:

Step 1: Take a small Mixie jar, add the egg whites, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, and some lemon juice. Blend it well.

Step 2: Then add 1/4 cup of oil and blend it well.

Step 3: Add the remaining oil and blend it again. It should have turned into a light and fluffy mixture by now.

Move this to a bowl and the mayonnaise is ready. Store up toup up to a week in the refrigerator.

N.B: If you prefer simple mayonnaise, just avoid the Garlic in this recipe.
