Butter Coffee Recipe For Weight Gain
Recently I came across this butter coffee recipe and that was my first time knowing that something like that exists in the world! I wanted to try it as soon as possible because I knew it can boost my daily caloric intake. I love taking coffee, and in fact, I was a coffee-holic or a caffeine addict a few years back. I slowly cut down the habit and now I can handle my coffee cravings. (As too much of a thing, is bad)
A cup of black tea (with sugar) has about 15 calories (you know, a glass of water has 0 calories) and most of the times I will be having a black tea. Though I do enjoy milk tea once in a while or so, black tea is my daily love. I was a little gloomy when I knew that my cup of tea has zero calories in it and I would definitely love to have a substitute. So this recipe got my immediate attention for this reason. Even if you are using milk tea your diet with whole milk, the calories add up to 43 calories only. A cup of Butter coffee has about 230 calories and 25g of fat in it.
