Hello everyone,

Today I’m sharing an easy recipe of a weight gain drink which can help you gain weight really fast and easy. This is a calorie and protein rich milkshake which you can have regularly in your diet in order to gain weight.

Idea Credit: I got the recipe idea from a YouTube video I randomly came across. It was a Malayalam YouTube channel and I thought why not to get the idea, develop it a bit and post here so that more people around the people get to know about it. She used it for a month and gained weight – thus asking the viewers to do the same. I loved the ingredients as they are not just rich in calories but they are tasty as well.

For everyone out there, I suggest you to have it regularly atleast for a month before you get tired of it. As always, use it as an addition to your regular meals of the day only then you’ll get the results. Do not skip a meal and try this shake expecting to gain weight. It just won’t work that way. I can guarantee you that.

You are gaining some weight at present because of the quantity and quality of the regular meals you intake now. If you skip that and add this as a substitute it might be adding/lessening the calories you were to receive from the meal. Hence, for better results please take it as an addition to your meals.

I suggest you to use this between your breakfast and the lunch. If you can’t make it on this time, have it as an afternoon shake or even as a bedtime shake.

Dates -4
Almonds -4
Banana – 1 large or 3 small
Sugar – 3 Tsp
Milk- 1 glass
Peanuts – 1/4 cup
Honey- 1 tbsp (Optional)
Any Energy drink powder – I used Milo – 2 tbsp
Ice cubes -5

Preparation Method

Step 1: Take a blender jar, add some milk, dates, banana, and blend it to a smooth paste.
Step 2: Add the peanuts, almonds and ice cubes and blend again.
Step 3: Now add the Sugar, honey and the energy drink powder into it.
Step 4: Blend and serve immediately.

Energy drink powder is optional. But it definitely adds to the taste of the final result. You can replace it with protein powder or cocoa powder or vanilla powder if you like the flavour of them better.

I suggest you to add any of these flavourings to it, because only if you like the taste of the shake better – you’ll be motivated to try it for the 30 days regularly without a miss and you won’t have to dread the thought of the cup of weight gain shake unlike before.

Easy tip: you can store the nuts in a box, fruits in a box so that it is easy to prepare the shake and won’t have to waste much time for the preparation of it.

That is how simple it is to prepare. For best results, have them for a month continuously. Take a glass of this milkshake every day. Make sure to stock the ingredients in advance so that you don’t run out of the ingredients and miss the schedule. It doesn’t take a month to start seeing the results. With a week you will get to see the results on your weight. Make sure to note down your weight, before starting this drink so that you can know how much of progress you have made with the drink.

The important thing to be noted: Do not use this drink as a replacement to your regular meal of the day. In that case, it won’t work. This drink should be consumed in addition to your daily regular meals, and only then it will work for you. It has worked for many skinny people to gain their healthy weight. So, do give it a try.
